Fury is an ATG how did AJ make more money

There's a difference between genuine talent (Fury) and commercial appeal (Joshua). Hearn and his marketing team did an amazing job with the flawed Joshua, making casuals believe that he had ATG talent. Joshua had the looks and had a nice KO streak going. He is heavily coached in how to present his public image. Whenever Joshua's real personality leaked (superior black race twitter posting), it was quickly squashed from the media. His temper tantrum was probably the most genuine Joshua that the public has witnessed. His good PR meant the entire British boxing establishment was behind him.
Now on the other side, Fury spoke his mind, no fake PR coaching, and he's a genuine basket case. I even remember when he alluded to ***ish power in high places, a huge NO-NO in the media. He surrounds himself with shady people from organized crime. He looks terrible, got popped for PEDs, and he can really make his fights a stinker (vs Wlad) He's from a discriminated Traveller group, Joshua being black is not a hindrance in sports and entertainment. These are just some of the reasons why the British Boxing establishment does not like Fury.
If Mayweather only had his boxing to sell, he would not be financially where he is today. His style does not attract casuals, but he was a genius in how to promote himself. Crawford is the opposite.Comment

White lightning cider is popular among chavs too. They like cheap nasty, dirty things. Fury has a connection with them, because he's one of them. Civilised folk aren't bothered over the fat, fake, cheat.Comment

Well, I am not a Brit, but I doubt Joshua is still more popular than Fury. People don`t like losers. Joshua is coming from two back to back losses to a cruiserweight. I can`t even imagine how popular will he be when Fury knocks him out. He will probably still be popular between 17 old chicks lol.Comment

Just playing devils advocate here... And slightly off topic...
But what makes Fury an ATG? And following that, why would AJ not be? Just the loss to Ruiz (which he avenged)? Fury hasn't fought Usyk yet.
AJ has lost twice, but the only common opponents, Wlad and Whyte, they both beat. The jury is out on how good Wilder really was.
Seems like an odd question to me.
I think Fury can be/will be an ATG, but he needs to beat Usyk first.
Until then, his resume is pretty similar to AJs?
Re. Money, all comes down to Amateurs. AJ came to the professional scene as an Olympic champion at a home Olympics, so pretty straightforward really.Comment
