Okay, I say Loma will struggle to get past Haney's jab and when he does Haney will either turn with him or catch him coming in with counters.

So now we just gotta wait and see whose prediction comes true.

A lot of people thought Loma won, even one of the judges scoring the fight, which is why it was a split decision. Loma had Salido on the canvass in the 12th round too. Guy was about to get KO'd but for the bell. And Salido also landed more than 72 low blows, many to Loma's groin. Subtract 72 punches (which should have been non scoring) from his punch count, and it's ridiculous by how much Loma outlanded him, round after round.

Imagine if Boots, Charlo, Floyd, or many others were given chances to fight for championship fights as soon as they turned professional. What YOU talking about? Most of the top fighters can't ask for a championship fight when they turn pro because they will be seen as an entitled clown. All of the top contenders and mandatory candidates would be in an uproar because they have been earning their positions.. YDKSAB!

They don't ask for those fights because everyone knows that they aren't ready for that fight. Every promotor has his fingers on a sanctioning body, so it's not an issue. The rankings are just paid for. Haymon has the WBA and Arum has the WBO. It's been that way for a long time now. And before then, you had King and Jose Suleiman, who did under-the-table **** all the time. And before then you had the mafia. It's the same ****.

The point being is that you can orchestrate a title fight quickly if you want to, especially in the lower weight divisions that no body pays attention to for the most part.

I don't even know why people complain. Could you imagine Loma fighting prospects coming up? Loma made champions look like amateurs. Could you imagine what Loma would do to amateurs? lol It's a complete mismatch. Even the champions didn't want to fight Loma. Loma had to jump up several divisions just to have competitive fights, and even then they aren't that competitive.

Hard to disagree with Mikey's logic really, I see his point. I'm still not sold on Haney yet so I'd favor Loma but who knows
