I wouldnt mind Chisora tbh if its gonna be as soon as December. I'd prefer the Ruiz/Ortiz or Joyce/Parker winners but it doesnt line up right with December. Whyte could be an option I guess but i'd rather it was Del Boy since its at least a fresh match up.

Top 15 on boxrec are all too Dangerous right now for aj except possibly chisora and of course pulev. Even a motivated Charles Martin could put serious pressure on aj like he did with ortiz. Not to mention Sanchez, hrgovic, bakole, Hunter or Wallin.

Could be 2 years before Joshua gets another shot at the HW title. Lots of time to get him back up the rankings but everyone can see his vulnerabilities. Doubt any of the mandatories will fight him before they 'win' the title first.

I’m pretty sure it’ll be against Whyte if a December fight happens. Outside chance of Wallin, but only if AJ wants to fight another southpaw for experience. Zhang they may as well do in China, but surely a bit too risky for the next fight - whereas Whyte’s looked on the decline in his last few fights, so is there for the taking.

The best option is Wilder but most likely is Whyte in the UK, Ortiz (if he wins) in the US, or Otto Walin in the UK.

I don't think Joshua would want to fight Chisora, and likewise? Chisora would not want to face Joshua.

Chisora can still make big fights with many other fighters. Chisora was somewhat of a mentor to Joshua, when he was up and coming.

It is not in Joshua's character to also face Chisora. Not sure why people are mentioning that fight.

Wilder, Joyce, Hrgovic these are all too big a fights to have immediately after a loss.

Ruiz Junior, I think is the biggest fight that could happen. And it may well happen, because Joshua has experience in facing him.

Whyte, Wallin, Hunter, Kabayal, Ruiz Junior, or even Ortiz if he wins.

My moneys on Wallin, scrappy but can't punch & will be looking to better Fury.
Or he continues his shot old 38+ tour

Chisora was also in the ring calming down Joshua after his 2nd loss against Usyk so no chance they suddenly are in the ring fighting each other
