He's exactly right. Don't fix what not broken. That what carnelas camp failed to realize

Such a wasted talent. The man literally had the world in his hands and continues to Rollie pollie into the ring. He’s two years outside of his loss to AJ and could have EASILY and HEALTHILY dropped 50+ pounds. Instead he comes into the ring as a strongman slob. I hope he’s humbled and takes a KO. Maybe that will wake him up to reality.

Indont think he will ever get into the conditioning he should. It would be as easy as hiring a chef dietician for his camps and he could easily get down to 225-235 which would make his stamina and speed top notch at the top outside of Fury

If he really felt that way then he should remove that surgically-implanted black t-shirt and give more revealing colors a shot, like his buddy trainer there.

You have to look like athlete at least not like you're the hot dog eating contest champion. He wouldn't be saying all this if he was a middleweight

Ugh, I am dumbfounded to see him speak like this.... essentially quitting on the idea that he can improve.

Ruiz has the speed and some natural talents, but his worth ethic and life values are just atrocious.

If he was not "Fat Andy" and got fit, he would have a GREAT name on his resume in Ortiz.... but right now... I have no clue... Old Man Ortiz might actually survive and outclass Fat Andy.

Well he did look like **** against Ortiz but don't see how the weight loss played a role into that. If his whole camp was mostly dedicated to losing weight then he only has himself to blame. Someone needs to let him know he can put on muscle mass AND lose some of that fat all the while still be in shape and explosive. I'd think a balance of/at 250lb would be ideal but hey, only he himself knows how he feels or is comfortable at so who are we to say otherwise....

Fast hands for a guy as fat as he is. If he would regularly fight at 230 he'd be even faster and would be almost unbeatable.
