I'm not the biggest Canelo fan, as many people on here know, and I personally don't believe he should even be on this list because not only did he lost to Bivol, he also lost to Golovkin. But that aside, they are going to base these decisions partly on a person's record. And Canelo did start his career at light welterweight. So this guy has been literally punching above his weight. I can see that and I can respect that. If you were to do P4P based on "what you've done for me recently," as in the last year, then it makes sense that you would put these guys on this list or higher. But that's not how these lists work. It's based on "what have you done recently" AND "what have you done overall." This is why these guys are where they are and Haney's not on the list. He's not on the list because he hasn't done enough "overall."
