One thing you can't teach and that's his confidence. He firmly believes he is the best and when you combine that with his skills its a tough combo to beat.
    - - Oh, Flubber looks good fighting the low hanging fruit of his comeback.

Looks like the Shyte of Whyte when he ducks AJ riches to fight for peanuts.

Maybe the biggest sissy in boxing, and yeah, you can't teach being a natural sissy!

Maybe Usyk answered it? Could he do 15 rounds?

I have come to the defense of Joshua vs the opportunist of late. But? I will say this.

During the fall out to the fight, THAT one comment you have used in the thread is 'The one thing that bothered me most about his post fight speech'.

And I have stated this at the time.

Everything else that was said and done, depending on where you are at 'May have disappointed you or even entertained you'.

I have never associated Anthony Joshua with being so non-optimistic. He has never struck me as this type of fighter.

Joshua snapped at the end of the fight, and stuff that was inside came out.

I did not like how he was using his weight as a excuse for a area where? He is not elite. Because lets get one things straight, Joshua endurance is not as bad as people make it.

I don't even think his endurance is as bad as he thinks. Joshua has just went 12 rounds twice with Usyk. Who best attributes are his speed, technical skills and endurance.

And Joshua handled the pace better in the second fight. Never mind the punch statistics, endurance boxing is more than throwing punches. It is moving, it is calculating the action, reacting, and anticipating moves 'Joshua handled the action better in the rematch'.

If Joshua is concerned over his endurance, I think he should make it a main emphasis of his training. Study the fighters who's main strength was endurance, Joe Calzaghe, Carl Froch, Ricky Hatton, maybe even Floyd Mayweather.

Because in the lower weight divisions and cruiser weight division, a fighter just cannot decide to gain 20 pounds in mass like at Heavyweight. Automatically these fighters must focus on what the can change dramatically 'Overall conditioning and endurance'.

I think the endurance of Heavyweights has gone backwards. A big deal is made about Usyk's endurance, I think he would of been just standed in the 90's.

Note: Anthony Joshua's endurance pound for pound is greater than Canelo Alvarez's.

Back in the day, it was 15 rounds. These huge 300 lb monsters would get TKO by then. They had giants back then too. They didn't have designer roids like they do now like Fury is caught using. His 6'10 300 lb lard ass would be a gassed, big stiff idiot without those PED's.
I always tell people when they ask... Tape does not lie to us. Yes, you have to account for the speed of the tape, etc... but I guarantee you the following: If you take a pen and paper, sit down and make a list of things that heavyweights do in the ring, related to what is taught as boxing, the fine art of boxing, including things you do not even see anymore... things one may not even initially recognize... you will have a giant column on one side compared to the other.

Fighters like Toney and Fury are the exception imo. Fury does not just have size, he uses plenty of skills you do not see anymore. Among them: he feints very well, he fights inside, heck he even clobbered himself inside once to keep the fight interesting! He uses his jab many ways, He has footwork that you see in preclassical fighters, he is an expert on fighting off the back foot.

Fury is more than a big man with a few skills... he would be a live dog in any era.

I always tell people about Superfoot Wallace, who was a legendary kickboxing champ. Superfoot had incredible legs, so to speak... So many guys came up and could kick. Superfoot learned to just **** his front leg up and pick apart the guy in front of him... Nobody ever beat him in a professional match. My point is Fury:Superfoot= Fury is a big guy who kows how to use his size and reach... Not just a big guy... Superfoot was a guy who knew how to use his kicking leg, not just a guy who could kick... In both cases both men are very hard to beat in the ring.

Tyson Fury is the greatest boxer to have ever walked the Earth. Joshua would have dealt with the likes of Ali, Frazier and Foreman, and the poor 90s crop, but he is unluckily surrounded by true greats like Fury, Usyk, and Wilder. None of those guys are losing in their primes to Buster F'in Douglas, put it that way. Nash out.

I'm no fan of Fury but he got caught with nandrolone. Which is actually one of the ****tier roads with a pretty long ass half life. I legit think his getting caught was a testament more to his ******ity in the avenue of performance enhancement than it was about him being a coward. Nandrolone (not test, tren, dbol or masterone for that matter) will suddenly give you the will to win.
