I don't remember either. Uncle Al more than likely told his fighters that no one was going to get him. Garcia, Porter, Ugas or Thurman never expressed that interest to get Floyd. They voiced Pac but not much campaigning for the fight.

He has very credible wins at WW and was the deserved #1 guy there for a bit. Then he got married and soft. A focused and ready Thurman (2017 version) would have beaten an old Pacquiao clean.

Thurman better say f#ck Al Haymon and go get that retirement check from Eddie.

5 million sound better than 1 million to me.

Conor Benn is fighting Chris Eubank Jr., so Thurman is the last guy on his mind now.
Thurman vs Benn is far from happening, anyway. That's like hoping for a stone to turn into a bread.
              Who are we kidding?

People just need to focus on Ennis and Thurman who are both PBC fighters.

So Thurman is waiting, Ennis is also waiting for the Spence/Crawford winner.
Assuming the superfight happens in December, then both fighters could be back 6 months later, if you're lucky.

This is truly sad. These guys won't be seen in the ring for about a year or more since their last fights because they're waiting, instead of fighting.

People say Floyd is TBE and and i agree. TBE= The Besr Earner. And he has his "O", but that's not greatness. He didn't fight every available challenger. That's not shade, that's simply a statement of fact. Thurman is one such available challenger who was constantly calling him out. Margarito is another. Paul Williams is another. I can go on and on. Floyd refused many credible guys and has stated that he wouldn't be in a fight if he thought he could lose

Thurman is right. He earned a shot at Floyd and Floyd legitly ducked him.

We gotta check with the card carrying Floyd boys the official excuse for why he ducked Thurman, but Thurman you gotta stay busy fam.

You can school a young gun or two while you waiting the that big payday, its part of the game.
