I still think JMM could beat Cotto.

Come on guys. Cool off on the Cotto hype. JMM went in there and fought a guy that may not have the same punching power as Cotto, but is a **** load more accurate. I think Cotto is a lot less durable than JMM and he would've gotten stopped by Floyd last night because his stamina is ****. A part of me still wants to see a Cotto-JMM fight. But I don't know if Cotto will go in that direction if he beats Pacquiao.

The reason why I think JMM could beat Cotto, is the same reason that Margarito did. The dude can't defend uppercuts for ****. That is the reason why I am leaning a little bit toward Cotto to beat Pacquiao in November due to styles and Pacquiao doesn't use that punch very often.

You're crazy. He would get blitzed. He had a big problem with the size difference between him and Mayweather, Cotto would have a bigger size advantage.

Marquez would have way more success offensively than he did against Mayweather but........come on, be reasonable. Marquez would get hit plenty and he wouldn't be able to handle it.

        no man no.

jmm doesn't look good at 135 let alone 147.

jmm should fight hatton at 140.

Lol! U've gotta b kiddin man. Either that or ur boxing iq is dirt. Marquez needs to go down to 135. Simple as that. Cotto wouldn't even need 7 rounds to finish the job. Jmm is a great fighter but 147 is simply toooooo much for him

Maybe I am going a little overboard by saying that Cotto would get beat by JMM because Cotto is pretty big, but to me Floyd looked like a frigging Middleweight. There were times in that fight of where JMM held his own even though he lost every round. I wouldn't totally count Cotto out in this fight, but to me, it is also unfair to count out JMM's chances in this fight as well. I think that JMM will target Cotto if he beats Pacquiao. It would make Cotto look like he is ducking Floyd, but I really want to see if Cotto is as good as Floyd or not. Can he do what Floyd did? I think he would be a lot easier to hit.

F***** Christ, Floyd didn't win solely because of superior boxing skills Marquez was a bum at this weight. Cotto would have finished Marquez off brutally like Floyd could and should have, as would any other legit welterweight.

if floyd looked like a MW too you, then cotto would look like a LHW against marquez
it would be a disgusting size difference
