He probably needs two more name wins before he can line himself up for a title shot. By then the belts may well be scattered again so, who knows, Frank could well hold a belt one day not to far down the road.

Wilder is trash. Took advantage of a really weak heavyweight division, there are a ton of fighters i would put way ahead of wilder like Lennox, razor rud****, holy field, Boe. In the top heavyweight list I got wilder in the tail end of a top 50 list.
