Yes, I’ve been thinking about that matchup for a while. That would be a treat but I doubt we ever see it. GBP needs to promote this guy better and get him in the ring with real contenders. The Agagba (he’s back in the ring today btw) win was great but he’s lost steam since. I’d like to see Sanchez go after Hrgovic or Dubois next, but there are so many other good matchups to be made for him (Ruiz/Ortiz winner, Wilder (who is Ajagba 2.0), Parker, Hunter…). He probably needs two more name wins before he can line himself up for a title shot. By then the belts may well be scattered again so, who knows, Frank could well hold a belt one day not to far down the road.

They (PBC) should let him fight Ali Aren Demirezen ASAP!

Not to discredit Demirezen, but there are higher profile fish to fry. How does beating a low-profile guy like that improve his position? That would be terrible matchmaking for Sanchez IMO. That would be GBP doing PBC a favor.

Demerizen is 17-1, ranked # 9 by WBO, and coming off a win in Kownacki's backyard! He would be a good opponent for Sanchez, and so would Michael Hunter!

Wilder is trash. Took advantage of a really weak heavyweight division, there are a ton of fighters i would put way ahead of wilder like Lennox, razor rud****, holy field, Boe. In the top heavyweight list I got wilder in the tail end of a top 50 list.

Sanchez needs NAME opponents. There are plenty of fighters out there with impressive fluff records. Fighting a dangerous and known contender like Ajagba was a great step forward but he’s taken a step back this year and he would take another step back if he went after Demerizen. Demerizen would be making his name off Sanchez not the other way around.

You don’t even know 50 heavyweight fighters.
