"I’ve always said that perhaps if I’d won that night, everything would have come my way. Fame, money, and perhaps it wouldn’t have worked out well then. I could’ve perhaps gone crazy."
    __________
What?? The loss to Mayweather had zero negative effect on Canelo's fame or the size of his fight purses. He always counted on a huge Mexican and Mexican-American following to buy the PPV tickets, unlike better fighters like GGG and Bivol, who lacked a nationalist following. Mayweather taught Canelo a few things. And not just the shoulder roll. Most importantly, Canelo learned from Mayweather how to avoid the riskiest challenges. Mayweather fought Canelo when Canelo was just 23, and it's no surprise he never gave Canelo a chance for a rematch once Canelo had matured as a fighter and entered his prime.

Canelo thought Bivol's belt would be the low-hanging fruit in the light heavyweight division, thus choosing Bivol over the harder-hitting Beterbiev. But Canelo calculated wrong in this instance. Bivol was not a light heavyweight who would crumble under Canelo's punches. He was the real deal for a belt holder, unlike the feckless Fielding or the aging Kovalev. The same risk-avoidant calculation went into Canelo's choice to fight the over-the-hill GGG at a weight that GGG has never fought at before, rather than facing Bivol in an immediate rematch. To Mayweather's credit, he never made a miscalculation like Canelo's decision to fight Bivol.

So 1.5lbs is weight drained like crazy? 43 pro fights is 'very green'? You should do comedy.

Gayweather would never fight a 40 year old GGG, his cowardly ass was scared of a short Filipino boxer from 2008-2012, I'd image his scared ass would've sh.it his pants at the thought of fighting GGG in 2016.

Without making things personal, let’s debunk everything you wrote.
Canelo’s PPV and earnings are NOT anywhere close to Floyd’s. No one is expecting him to break the top 5 PPV numbers owned by Floyd. That’s not an opinion. It’s factual numbers.

In 2012, the great PAC was destroyed by a single Punch by Marquez who Floyd beat like a piņata in 2009. So Marquez was coming off the worst beating of his career and he still destroyed your idol.
The shoulder injury excuse came only after PAC lost. During the fight promotions, both Roach and PAC promised the world that they would KO Floyd.

Floyd & GGG we’re never in the same weight class. There was no need for Floyd to go up in weight. Why couldn’t GGG fight Andre award in 2016 at 175? Was he ducking Ward?
Why didn’t Ward go to HW to fight Wilder? Was he ducking Wilder?
Why can’t Canelo fight Fury? Is he ducking him?

Weight class exists for a reason. I know you know that. And yes we know that PAC moved up in weight and beat a bunch of guys. Guess what? We all acknowledge that amazing journey. PAC is an ATG but Floyd beat him head to head.

Lastly, to use your own logic, why did PAC duck Floyd from 2005-2008? Also, to remind you, in 2009 PAC fought Cotto at a catchweight of 145. But he would have fought Floyd at 147 when he couldn’t fight Cotto at 147? Is that the logic you are going with?

I guess Canelo did beat Lara, Trout and Bivol as well.
Let me guess, the weight jump was the reason Bivol beat Canelo?

Canelo has a bigger frame ,but Floyd is taller and longer than Alvarez no matter how much weight Canelo puts on ,that is not changing, in a pure boxing match, Canelo has little chance.

Marquez and Manny fought 3x before Marquez put Manny to sleep. So either Marquez was going to ko Manny after 4 fights or vice versa. Marquez gets full credit for beating the version of Manny that Floyd was scared of. Don't try to make it seem like Marquez slept Manny in one fight

Marquez and Manny size up evenly while Floyd was always the bigger guy plus had height and reach on both.

Marquez was a lightweight that Floyd pulled up two weight classes in one fight, since you mention weight classes, and saying Floyd put a beating on Marquez is an overstatement. Soundly outpointing a lightweight from a safe distance over 12 rounds with no ko is more appropriate, but we understand how carried away you Floyd boys can get.

Manny didn't need any excuses losing to Floyd because he was already a shopworn fighter who already had been put to sleep. Floyd gets about half credit for beating a past prime Manny in lackluster fashion. The hype was tremendous but the fight itself is unmemorable

Floyd was quick to say GGG was nothing special, but wasn't willing to back up his words when GGG said he would drop down to junior middleweight, where Floyd was holding a belt hostage. The excuse was he is too small hes retired or on vacation, for GGG but was willing to pull a lightweight up two weight classes. Only with Floyd you are too small for a weight class you fought in and was a beltholder

You blind loyalty is compelling but also useless to facts.

Manny got beat many times. He holds the record for the most rematches or trilogies in boxing. He got beat multiple times.
Morales beat him so now you’ll tell us PAC destroyed him the 3rd time.

Only your toxic hate would make you write nonsense like “soundly out pointing a lightweight from a “safe distance”. Floyd was right in front of Marquez for 12 rounds just like he was in front of Canelo.

Unlike you, I can be objective when speaking of Manny. I don’t dislike him at all. I acknowledge that he’s an ATG despite the multiple losses he’s had.

Your toxic hate for Floyd is just juvenile. Floyd beat your guy so did Marquez so did Morales so did Ugas so did Bradley so did other guys at lower weights.

Lastly, your idol demanded catchweights with Cotto, Margarito, Oscar and even picked the weight for his 4th fight with Marquez.

I see you ignored my question - Why didn’t PAC fight Floyd from 2005-2008?
If PAC fought Cotto at 145 in Nov of 2009, at what weight would he have fought Floyd?
