Bridgerweight? Hrgovic is 6'6" and weighs 250lbs. Even if he could melt down to 224lbs (highly doubtful), why would any name heavyweight kill himself to fight in a zero-cred division with no money or even other fighters in it?

Agreed that was super weird and worrying. It’s like he can hold punches but goes unconscious for two seconds. That doesn’t look good. Again I wonder if it’s related to that first round knockdown.

I tried watching this on youtube but nothing. But i have a feeling Flip deservedly won. True, Zhang hurt Flip visibly more and made Flip look vulnerable in the fight and in the future people wont be so confident on flip now.
But zhang is good so the future still looks bright for flip

It was competitive, but IMO Hrgovic rightly deserved a close decision win. It was an interesting fight to watch. Both fighters demonstrated enough that they will probably be avoided by other elite HWs, but they also showed enough flaws themselves that they would be underdogs if they did step up to fight even the 2nd-tier guys (AJ, Wilder, Joyce, Anderson, Ruiz, Sanchez, Parker, Dubois, Whyte...). Between the two of them, I'm actually more interested in seeing Big **** Zhang again. He showed some nice mid-range skills and seems to have a very solid chin. With a little more energy, he could really be dangerous.

If he does that against someone like Wilder, its to the boneyard with him.

Had it 7-5 Zhang there were swing rounds, I look at the effectiveness of the power punches landed not just overall workrate.

naah sorry man, I meant Zhang at bridger. he looked a little flabby and fluffy around the arms was just wondering if he shed a few pounds would he be able to make Bridger?

Who was it that dropped down from heavy to cruiser a few years back? Pardon my ignorance. Half-cast gentleman from the Caribbean fighting out of Ireland. FFS the name escapes me.

The Big **** shouldve finished strong instead of coasting the last two rounds. Unfortunately he is Luis Ortiz old.
