All Usyk had was IQ. He's older, smaller, fighting in AJs hometown, less pay, less say, and Eddy at his back. Though I do think Eddy eased up on him, Eddy wasn't sure of AJ.

As much as I admire Andre Ward; He does at times come across as a very smug and arrogant asshole! The fight was close. Usyk only won by a split decision. Oleksandr won the fight because he wanted it more. He had to bite down and dig deep in order to fight Anthony Joshua off of him.

So Ring IQ my ass! I personally had Usyk winning 7 rounds to 5 due to his workrate and punch output. Had Anthony Joshua done a little bit more he could have easily walked away with the decision victory too.

So basically, it was Oleksandr's will that won him this fight and not his skill (Ring IQ) dumb ass!

Yahoo sports, failed to include ''cause of skills'' in their quote. As you mentioned PJ, that little yet significant error could be misunderstood. Anthony Joshua had an embarrassing moment in his outburst, which apparently cloaked his good intentions.

Anthony Joshua did a lot better than I expected, I was actually impressed with how he was reading Usyk and anticipating Oleksandr's next move, the body assault was worrisome as a fan of Usyk. But, I think A.J gets it by his assessment in his speech; he's too big and not built for a fast pace chess match.

Joshua will come back, I do believe he can beat Tyson Fury.

JFC, the man should have been nowhere near the mic, and when you ‘good intentions’, really, his intent was to retain control of the situation a la Michael Phelps when Ryan Lochte won a gold in their event. Not particularly honourable.

Joshua is good for 7 rounds! Those muscles get heavy! His only option was BUM RUSH THE SHOW! Holding the guard alone, is not a good look for him, after 7! If he still had some smoke on them punches, after 7, Usyk would be finished! He did do better, but he's just not angry enough! Salute to Marvelous Marvin Hagler! Usyk`s ring IQ was never a question. When he entered a heavyweight division, the biggest question was if he could take a hard heavyweight punch.

And he can. Joshua threw some really hard shots in 9th round , usyk was a little hurt, but he recovered quickly and had a great 10th round after that.

People keep repeating nonsense like "Joshua was overrated, many guys beat Usyk". Usyk is a problem for everybody in division.

Barring an injury during the fight, he is a HUGE problem.

I meant courage, grit, valor, determination, persistence, perseverance, bravery and indomitable fortitude. That's what champions are made of. He simply wanted the victory a lot more than AJ did; Which is why he is the champion.

You know what I mean man. Just go back and take a good look at how Usyk fought from rounds 10 through 12. Then you would know what I am talking about.
