Maybe fight Hrgovic? He looked far from impressive against Zhang. In fact, Zhang should have won that fight. Joshua should easily beat Hrgovic, it’s a logical fight to make.

Give Joshua a fight with Wilder. Some may feel that Wilder is too beneath the great AJ for this to be considered, but I believe it is the fight that offers the most to both guys. It is a 50/50 financial split despite Jushua having lost more fights than Wilder.
