Joshua should finally step up and start fighting some top opponents like Sefer Seferi, Tom Schwarz, Pianeta, Spilka, Washington or that talented young prospect Luis Ortiz.

It’s almost like AJ looks like a deer in the headlights when a trainer is trying to get him into plan B or C.
Duh... I was attempting to be sarcastic. Short chubby Ruiz pounded him into the canvas and blow up cruiser Usyk danced circles around him for 24 rounds. I think with most taller fighters he can compete successfully.

I don't think Joshua has accepted this loss, in the sense that? I think Joshua deep down, believes he can still beat Usyk.

I was just watching a interview with Hughie Fury. And Fury was right in saying, that all Joshua done was improve his conditioning to 'Fight the same fight as the first fight' i.e The same tactics.

Usyk is the better boxer than Joshua. But from the two fights, Joshua still knows that he can hurt Usyk, and he knows the body attacks bother him.

Surely if he was to watch the video tape back, he would see that 'By not using his Jab, he basically made the fight 70% easier for Usyk'.

Usyk can be a great boxer, he could have all the skills in the world from long to mid-range. But if Joshua had a solid, authoritive consistent Jab 'That completely changes the dynamic of the fight' It also probably helps him pace himself more, and pick and chose when to exert his attacks.

I don't think Wladimir Kiltschko was a all round better fighter than David Haye. I think Haye had a greater inside, and mid-range game 'Haye also had a solid Jab'. Haye was just as fast as Usyk, hit with more power, and I also think he has a better defense.

Usyk in every single one of his heavyweight fights at top level, is visually damaged. Haye was very rarely battered and bruised once he was at his peak 'He had a few cuts here and there but that is about it'.

Wladimir Kiltschko was able to immediately make the fight difficult for Haye, with 1 punch 'And that punch was his Jab'. Completely changed the dynamic of the fight.

In reviewing the fight, and reflecting on the action. I honestly think, if Joshua would of improved his Jab 'This rematch is totally a different fight'.

If Joshua is going to work on something in training and obsess over a skill 'It has got to be his Jab'.

Reason why I say this, is because I don't think it is a difficult skill to train. All the other attributes which people were stating Joshua needed to improve to beat Usyk, now they are difficult skills to improve.

Joshua has no inside game, struggles to tie a fighter up and wrestle them in the inside < Combined this with his lack of Jab, essentially Joshua is a Super Heavyweight who has zero idea how to fight like a Super Heavyweight 'He does not know how to fight a good big man styled fight'.

I am just watching a Dominic Ingle interview. And he thinks if Joshua is to face Usyk again? He can beat Usyk.

When you come to think about it, there is all this talk of Usyk figuring guys out. But if Joshua improved from the first fight, which he did.

Then Joshua on some level is figuring Usyk out.

I don't think the third fight would happen, because? If Usyk gets past Fury, there is no real point for him to risk fighting again.

But the points Ingle made, kind of made me think. I never really looked at the fight from that perspective.

Joshua fought the same kind of fight as the first fight, but better. The pattern was exactly the same, but not as extreme i.e Usyk never hurt him as much or beat him up.

For me the things Joshua could of improved was his Jab, easiest tool in boxing to train and improve in my opinion 'One of the very first things any fighter should obsess over'.

            Interesting interview.

Reminds me of Joe Calzaghe Usyk, I think when he is posed with a challenge new levels to his ability will surface.
