AJ's resume is twice as deep and so many people continue to write him off while putting this loud mouth dumbass on the pedestal. If Fury wants to go down as an ATG, he needs to beat Usyk, AJ and Joyce. If he does, I'll be the first to say he's an ATG. If he only beats Usyk, he's HOF, but not sure about ATG.

AJ, Wilder, and Fury all have pretty light resumes. There's very few ranked fighters on them, especially compared to old time big name fighters who fought way more frequently. Recency bias is particularly bad with the heavyweight division. Eye test with Fury is pretty good, to be sure, but it's still just speculation. Even if he beats Usyk, AJ, and Joyce, I personally still would have a hard time rating Fury ATG, because I don't think this era is particularly strong for heavyweights, and the relative inactivity of boxers in the four belt era just means there's less to work with. YMMV.
