Neither are frauds at all. Not in the least bit are they.

They're both very good, but not elite. Professional sports in general and boxing in specific is full of such athletes.

I remember when Mike Vick was going to transform football. Then he broke his leg. After that, he drowned some mongrel dogs. Subsequently, he was a mediocre quarterback. He was very good at his best, but he never lived up to the hype. It doesn't mean he was a fraud. He just didn't live up to the expectations sports media and an adoring public set for him.

Khan was never hyped up as much as Joshua. A lot of us saw Joshua's major flaws, but he was being promoted by Hearn and brit media as some ATG talent. Easy to hide Joshua's major flaws when the HW division is so weak, just match him up with old or slow fighters. Fury is the only elite HW of this era, not entirely sold on Usyk because I never rated Joshua highly. Usyk definitely has skills, but he can be bullied by HWs, and basic Joshua still had his brief moment when he imposed his size. Fury has the skills and fluidity to match Usyk's, but Fury is massive and has a solid chin.

Khan got exposed for his chin pretty early in his career with the Prescott fight. It took longer for AJ's weaknesses to get exposed with the Ruiz fight. So I'd say AJ is the bigger "fraud" in that sense. But neither fighter is a legit "fraud" as they were both still world-class British talents that ended up falling short.

Both had good carers both had at least one classic war to be proud off, Maidana for khan and wlad for aj. And both had soul crushing defeats,

it's a shame the defeats these days make top fighters bums, again both had good careers, Joshua might have more left but we shall see.
