He is really gifted physically. But he is a straight up and down fighter with no special effects in my opinion.
being gifted physically, working hard and having that passion makes you beat most guys. And that’s what AJ did. Good career, i was actually rooting for him tonight, i hope wilder-aj can still happen

Will you admit that the guy has been extremely overhyped and coddled his entire boxing career?

He's been the A Side his whole career on account of being a UK Gold medalist competing at heavyweight.

He called the shots. He put up the money to get the fights he wanted. He practically bought a pretty easy first title - his money talked.

You call that coddled? Ok, he's been coddled. Personally I think he earned that position in a way that no other heavyweight in the era could.

I struggle to criticise his resume. He beat belt holders - which no-one else did. He fought mandatories for three belts. The WBC weren't exactly holding their fighter to the same standard. And he tried for Undisputed, which has been absolutely confirmed by the WBC's champions.

I still think you saw enough in that fight to see he's one hell of a fighter. He can't box with Usyk, but those who can are in pretty elite company.
