Why should Loma get a shot? He didn't want to fight Devin when Devin was his mandatory. I'd stall him out. Give him the same treatment he gave you.

Loma fought the more dangerous and way more popular Teofimo instead of Haney. Haney is an excellent boxer with an elite jab, but his non-crowd pleasing style, below average power, and almost non-existent fanbase are going to make it tough to get big fights. At this
point, he should be jumping for joy that Loma actually wants to fight him.

You fight to become undisputed to get the paydays and opponents at the top of the division. Kambosas was the unified champion and had the pull to insert a rematch clause. It doesn't make sense to dump the belts and abandon all his leverage for top end pay and opponents. Loma, Tank, nor any of the other elite guys in the division would fight him without the belts. That would be working backwards. Haney should fight the rematch for top pay, then he has his choice of any high ranking opponent for the A side of the money because he has all the belts. Saying all this, I think Tank KOs him in 7 or 8.
