Sorry for the late response. GGG, probably at one time. Tito had wins over Pernell, Oscar and Vargas. Vernon beat a prime Mosley twice and Quartey was never considered P4P #1 to my recollection.

Like someone has already said, I'd favor all of these guys over Shawn Porter.
