Joshua will be remembered for losing to a whale of a fighter in the first Ruiz fight and winning an unimpressive rematch with a real whale. Usyk is the only heavyweight that looks the part and backs it up. If Usyk can remain on top for a few years he will bring some credibility back to the heavyweight division.
In the same time frame. What have other heavyweights done that was more impressive??

That is exactly my point. They have done nothing to step up to greatness. Usyk has the opportunity to pass them all.

I agree he does. He needs to beat AJ again and then beat Wilder, Otto then Fury.

So once again, here we are.

You must rate Anthony Joshua very highly if? Ruiz Junior beating him, is one of the greatest heavyweight wins in years 'That is why people rate Buster Douglas vs Mike Tyson as a great win, because Mike Tyson is a all-time great fighter' You must rate Joshua as a great fighter.

And what happened in the rematch? Anthony Joshua pretty much won every single round, and avenge his defeat.

Usyk is a Olympic Champion, former Undisputed Cruiser weight World Champion, undefeated as a professional and current WBA, WBO, IBF, IBO World Heavyweight Champion.

His achievements are super elite, and he is at the peak of his powers. Nobody in the Heavyweight Division has a win anywhere near this level on this record.

Wladimir Kiltschko was at the end of his career vs Tyson Fury, and he had been beaten multiple times before. Joshua also beat a more prepared and bettered condition Wladimir Kiltschko. A Kiltschko who went through 3 back to back training camps, and stated himself 'That he was in better condition for Joshua'.

Anthony Joshua is attempting to do, what has never been done before. All Usyk has ever done is win, Joshua has to deconstruct this reality.

It will be the greatest Heavyweight win of the past 20 years. Joshua is the underdog, he was told not to take the immediate rematch 'But he did'.

This fight is all around a great match up, the jeopardy involved for both fighters, and what is there to win.

I think it is the most significant Heavyweight fight of the past 20 years. Due to what both fighters have achieved, and where they are in their careers.

We have to go back to fights such as Holyfield vs Tyson, and Lewis vs Holyfield to witness such significant fights.

Look at the intensity of discussions which surround this fight, it is by all accounts 'A mega match up, Heavyweight Boxing at its competitive best'.

If Joshua beats Usyk, and it's a big if, where does he rate?

How can you rank him anything but incredibly highly if that circumstance eventuated?

And it's not beyond possibility. So much for him being irrelevant in the decision as some claim.
