Interesting Ramirez would rather opt for another route than run it back for the strap. He held his own against Taylor for the most part but just lacked the grit/dog in him that eventually propelled Taylor to victory. Then looked completely flat against Pedraza. As fan of who and what he represents for migrant workers in central valley, hope his performance against Hooker wasnt the best were going to see from him.

Chon vs Regis would be a hell of a fight. It's a fight Regis needs desperately to get back in the picture at 140 and a fight were Chon can establish himself as THE contender who deserves his shot at Taylor. Let's hope we get thrown this bone.

Ramirez must be going to 147. Don't see any other reason why he would not take this fight, nothing more important/lucrative for his next fight at 140. I'm guessing he just can't make the weight anymore

Something about getting married in October I believe.

Solid fight. Zapeda is tougher than people think. I felt he beat Ramirez when they fought.
