Usyk had harder time boxing Cruiserweights than Heavyweights?

Could be multiple reasons:- Cruiserweights are generally a lot faster than HWs.
- Usyk's techniques and skills have improved with time now that he is in the HW.
- He has gained muscle weight and may be improved his neck and t****zius muscles. Meaning better punch resistance.
Moreover, his HW career isn't that great TBH. Chisora is slow and washed up while Joshua fought the wrong fight. He did not try to hurt Usyk but tried outboxing him.Comment

Can't see Usyk loosing to Joshua in rematch. He is no Ruiz, he is way better. I would also favour him to school Wilder too.Could be multiple reasons:- Cruiserweights are generally a lot faster than HWs.

Only Fury can beat him... in shape Tyson Fury I mean.Last edited by oscar9992; 07-26-2022, 11:48 AM.Comment

No, no, NO: we don’t do statistical evidence around here. You’re in the wrong side of the hood, this time!Comment

Exactly...Usyk is no Ruiz.
Ruiz has fast counterpunch combinations, Usyk doesn't and plays safe and tactical game. Therefore, Usyk is going to concentrate on outboxing Joshua, not just going in for the kill the way Ruiz did (in the first fight). Both Ruiz and Usyk do get hit and Joshua is much more powerful than Usyk.
If Joshua comes with the same game plan, Usyk wins again but I doubt Joshua will try to outbox Usyk. He will use his physical attributes and in that sort of a game, Ruiz will do better than Usyk.Comment
