I don't think he takes his beatings as well as Chisora - he looked pretty cooked last fight, basically turning away from punches which is always a bad sign to me.

Not even sure I've seen the opponent but I won't be surprised to see Kownacki stopped again.

Kownacki would need a whole new training camp and years of defensive training to beat this weak HW division. He has big dreams but they are just that.

Kownacki would need to go back in a time machine & spend 15 years developing boxing technique with a top trainer. Which clearly is not happening. Even talking about the man is a joke.

All those take 2 to land 1 fights caught up to him. 2 things that didn’t bode well for him against Helenius were the Nordic nightmare has power in both hands & he is a good counterpuncher. He just sat back & countered him all night. Kownacki could get away with it against lesser punchers like Arreola, Martin & Washington but he got exposed big time when his chin couldn’t hold up. Demirezen isn’t a big puncher but he has skill, can counterpunch & has a solid chin. He will be in tough against the big Turk. I got Demirezen winning by KO late…

Dude said, he has to go back to basics. I feel bad for him because there was never a basics to begin with. Blocking every punch with your face while bumrushing was only going to get you but so far esp as you go up against more intelligent fighters.

Where is the "foul Pole" Andrew Golata, when we need him?

Golota, for all his flaws, would have wiped the floor with Adam. Waste of talent.

Golota was one of my favourites but he may not have wiped the floor with him simply because of Kownacki’s aggressive style from the opening bell. If you jumped on Golota early he had a tendency to fold like an accordion. Lewis, Tyson, Brewster, Austin all took care of him early when they went right after him. Tyson made him quit, Brewster just obliterated him & Austin dropped him on the first punch. He did get up but retired from injury after the 1st. Lewis destroyed him after his 2 DQ losses to Bowe. Golota had skills but was not the fastest starter & he struggled once he was under serious pressure…
