There was a reason that random testing was in place for miller. Just like there will almost certainly be for a fight with one of hearns fighters and Pascal.

That testing is in place for all Joshua's fights. Miller wasn't singled out for special treatment. And Hearn has always spoke favourably of it being implemented, any time I've heard him talking of it. I'm sure if it's involved in this potential fight, he'll have no issue. I don't think I see this fight happening anyway imo, but you never know.

Maybe for all Joshua's fights but not at hearns expense and not for the majority of matchroom fights as Hearn has made comments in the past regarding expense. Thanks.
