So what's the answer from the Floyd/Tank camp? Still nothing is being done to make this fight made, eh?

Not a surprise. Just barking and growling from both sides. Clock is ticking, though. Sooner or later they will have to announce their respective fights before the end of the year. If it's not them fighting each other, then the sooner the fans learn about it, the better.

Ball was kicked back to Ryan and Oscar. Fight is on the table. Call for a meeting. That's a simple business concept. There will not be any social media exchanges. You get it? Good.

People are sounding illiterate here. If fight doesn't happen it's because Ryan never expected for his hoe card to pulled, and forcefully. He was taunting Davis, now he's being taunted by Davis' fans. Now everywhere he goes, he's being asked, "When are you fighting Gervonta?" He'll be the biggest lady in boxing if he makes any excuses or demands anything.

Clock is ticking. Both sides have to get ready for their plan B's, who their next fights would be, if it's not with each other.

Any guess who are the plan B's for each fighter? Would hell breaks loose if they're fighting scrubs again?

Ryan has until the end of this week to contact Floyd. I don't want even Ellerbe getting involved in this until it's done.

This reeks of what I hate most about the lower weight classes in this sport. Tank is trying to win the fight through A-side negotiations. Hoping to weaken his opponent and tilt the playing field in his direction. All the while the Tank faithful claiming that Tank would win at any weight. If they believed that, why would they care so much that the weight must be 135?

Ryan is in no position to make demands. This is not Tik Tok or whatever that garbage is. This is boxing, a brutal sport. They are both seasoned lightweights. He is not getting any more weight advantages and won't be accommodated. What don't you understand?

Ryan is the C-side, maybe the B- side, in reality. Boxing metrics. Spare me the outrage about the A and B sides in boxing. In real life, it works the same. You and your boss are not on the same side. Ryan is lucky he's not getting drained to 133, with rehydration and overweight clauses, ala Canelo and the Pacman.

It's not complicated. Call for a meeting. Maybe someone should ask him on social media why he's not calling Floyd.

You can call me anything you want, as long as you approach respectfully.

So Tank will be letting all this opportunity to finally fight a live dog in his next fight by not making any effort. I hear ya brotha. Davis will let this chance that is being presented slip through his fingers. Okay. I'm not going to argue. It is what it is.

Ellerbe still has important role to play here, though. Look for another Romero-type opponent for Tank Davis's next fight. I'm sure he could find one.

No real boxing fan will buy this perspective. Good luck to you.

So you mean no sense of urgency for Tank/Floyd to fight a live dog in his next fight.

cRyin Garcia has to show he's the only one interested in the fight and has to beg on his knees.

That's why it's important to have plan B, especially for Tank because cRyin Garcia got lots of options, believe it or not.
