I just want to see either of them fight someone world class. Benn might do fine but Eubank gets clocked if he fights anyone real, but these guys both need to make these fights. Who promotes Eubank? He was calling out Charlo what happened? That noise just stopped and he's fallen off the radar again.

What Benn snr didn't say is that he is not speaking on his sons behalf, now enough of this nonsense, and thet us see him progress in one of the toughest sports on the planetComment

This is just a money fight nothing more, Eubank is actually bad enough that he might lose to Benn. I don't understand why Benn ducked all the live dogs at 147 to move up and fight someone who used to campaign at 168. It has to be for the paycheck as this fight does nothing for either.Comment

Benn, Eubank 3 will be better than Creed 2. Anyway, Creed lost to Bilboa twiceI don’t think we need to make this fight happen just cause of legacy if it doesn’t even make sense. We’re not living in Creed 2 here. Conor won’t get much out of fighting Eubank Jr.
He should be focusing on climbing his way to the top of the Welterweight ladder and getting a shot at the title.

Not in favour of this fight. Other than the payday, which admittedly will be a big one, I see no value in this for Eubank jr. Family honour also I suppose. However Benn has a lot more to gain, but it's a bit of a risk imo. I'd rather they both had title shots first. It'd be a great sell if they were both champion status. However that's a massive if. But after failed title shots, it'd still be an intriguing fight and highly marketable.Comment

From Benn's point of view, it's pretty difficult to get a big name. Anybody worth their salt in the WW division, is with PBC, and they won't entertain a match up with a Hearn fighter. Top Rank basically have nobody, which was why to Hearns first attempt was to get a Top Rank 140lbr in Ramirez. GBP only really have Ortiz and their on different paths. So Hearn is looking outside the box for the big sell.Comment
