Comments Thread For: Hearn: Bivol May Have To Get Through Buatsi and Zurdo To Get Canelo Rematch

I put Charlo in the same sentence as Bivol because the fact is Canelo turned down more money for a two-fight PBC deal than the three-fight one he signed with Hearn because: a) he didn’t want to fight Benavidez in the second fight of the deal, and b) he clearly figured fighting Bivol was an easier fight than fighting Charlo in the first fight of the PBC deal. I know you’re one of those gullible Canelo sycophantic fanboys who think Canelo is just about “chasing greatness” - and that he ate “tainted beef” one single solitary time and just had the extreme and utterly unfair misfortune of testing dirty - but open your eyes and use some common sense.Last edited by Roj; 07-17-2022, 05:43 PM.Comment

Hearn is afraid of Canelo losing again to Bivol which is the reason for the sudden bait and switch. If he doesn't fight Bivol again then he should fight Benavidez next if he defeats GGG in their rubber match.Comment

Well if canelo beat golovkin convincingly and depending on who bivol picks to fight next to stay busy until next may,i see hearn more interested on a buatsi fight which quite frankly only British fans care about instead of negotiate more attractive zurdo fightComment

Maybe Bivol is not dreaming about paydays. He earned millions already and just maybe his pride to leave a great boxing legacy takes priority over money.

Sure, but Bivol's interest in a Canelo rematch is rooted in money not legacy. Any fighter who could get a Canelo fight should make that their priority, right?.Comment

Eddie Hearn has gotta be one of the ******est promoters of all time. How does the man that beat the man have to prove that he's worthy enough to dish out another ass whooping on the ex-man. What I'm I missing here.Comment
