And, Sctrojan, I sure as hell never said Tank was Pernell. They are v different fighters & Pernell was truly special. Even Pernell couldn't be Pernell every fight & I wouldn't be any way certain Tank could beat Camacho, Ramirez or Rosario. Camacho didn't have anything like Pernell's skills but, at his best, his speed was blinding. Rosario had excellent all-around skills, a concussive right hand & a granite chin, Ramirez was, if anything, harder than granite, had stamina like a Duracell bunny & just never stopped coming. My certainty on the outcome is less about my admiration for Tank & more that I am just not 'buyin' Ryan' BUT fair play, I have been wrong before.

Garcia has little to no head movement.

While Garcia is more 'skilled' than Rolly.. Rolly (at least mentally), is tougher than his own good and tougher than Ryan. Mental toughness goes a long ways sometimes... Rolly is hardheaded but he's a tough dum dum hahaha...

I think Tank stops Ryan within 6. I think he makes easier work of Garcia.

Is Rolly tougher mentally than Garcia? I don't think so, and I don't think Rolly gets up from a solid knockdown and finishes his opponent like Ryan did in the Cambell fight. And you'll probably get the proof of that in Rolly's next fight.

Garcia ain't Rolly Romero.... Then again, Tank hits harder than Luke Cambell. So... Interesting matchup. Pretty lucrative for both too. Money talks.. and will probably advise Tank to pass. Unfortunately.
