I can see Garcia quoting Victor Ortiz soon. "I'm young, but I don't think I deserve to get beat up like this."charliepaerker likes this.

Ryan be careful--don't get stopped by Fortuna or you will slip down the list. Better to beat the guy first and not promise KOs--remember Rolly, Thurman, & many others who promised KOs but it didn't work out.

Yeah, like how you won an eliminator to be mandatory for Haney but never made that fight happen?charliepaerker

Hopefully we can eventually get Tank vs Ryan next year is its probably the top 5 lucrative fight to be made right now, possibly top 3. Find it funny how some of you think Ryan will be standing there in the middle of the ring, hands tied behind his back allowing Tank to tee off on him lol. It took a much taller, longer and better boxer in Luke to just barely catch Ryan at the end of his left. Something Tank is more than likely going to have a harder time doing because of the size disparity.
Tank isn't Pernell in there himself.Just go rewatch Tank vs Leo and see how many times a semi-good,no pop doe, boxer in Leo was able to counter Tank flush trying to close that distance. We've never seen Tank in there with a puncher either so the verdict is still out on his chin as well. Tank could easily get knocked out just as much as Ryan. I think Ryan's pop/speed freezes Tank from committing to anything big and gets easily out boxed by the bigger, longer, faster, better engine and more powerful Ryan. Great fight either way.

Yep, that'll be because Ryan has never shown head movement, never shown upper body movement, & never shown the ability to consistently work angles. OK, he is only 23, he obviously has some athletic talent, he could come out against Tank & show us something great. After all, he has height, reach & possibly speed. I'm going to go with the guy that has consistently shown up bringing quality.
