With the insane lack of speed that fights get made these days, I do not want to see any rematch clauses in any fights. They are such a bummer on the sport these days.

What a nonsensical talk about retirement after a loss these days. In the past top fighters lost multiple times and still went on with their careers. People seem to become mentally very weak nowadays. If AJ loses the rematch against someone many say is the best boxer around it won't be a shame or the end of his career, probably he won't as big a draw as now. AJ is still in his prime and there are many interesting fights out there for him. The same counts for Wilder, unless both have lost the desire to fight on. But not because they are can't successful going forward.

Its possible, but there would still be a lot of money on the table for him to carry on. A Wilder fight, Ruiz 3, even Whyte 2 or Ortiz would do decent business and potentially allow him to eventually build himself back up into a position to fight Fury.

Yes, I think chisora was critical of people and the calls for him to retire after his 4th ko loss, saying people don't like adversity or something. Ch isora rubbished idea to retire, even though it was much more realistic for chisora to retire than it is for josh.
Josh I'm assuming won't be sparked out like chisora and Josh still has chance to create some worthwhile legacy. If Josh loses, he will in fact have to fight on longer.

Better for AJ to win. Not trying to see Lomachenko dance around the heavyweight division. I don't watch heavyweights for that. Bad enough had to sit through Fury / Vlad I and AJ Ruiz II Don't care for Wilder but he kept guys on the canvas or was getting pieced up by Fury. Wilder/AJ - Someone is hanging through the ropes. Wilder/Usyk - Usyk running and turning from the fight for 12 rounds.

I totally agree with you. We all face challenges in life. Like they say, what define you is not how you fall but how you arise and I subscribe to that.
