Starting to hope AJ pulls it off, he actually gets a disproportionate amount of hate.

I have studied a considerable amount of body language (which is not an exact science) and what I noticed most was AJ always had his elbows folded up and hands semi-interlocked, while Usyk presented a completely open hands-down stance.
Usyk appears supremely confident and relaxed whilst A.J appears unsure of himself mentally - Most boxing pundits will agree the only chance A.J has in the rematch is to come in as heavy as possible without carrying excess fat so he can pressure Usyk, wear him down, and hopefully either KO him in the later rounds or win a decision.
Usyk and his team will be well-prepared for this.
So, it might be advantageous for A.J to mix it up in the first few rounds - the greatest handicap you can put your opponent in is to have him in two minds - unsure of himself.
A.J really needs to get the fundamentals against an SP right: move to his left, get his lead foot on the outside, not just parry that lead right with his own lead but parry and land the jab to set up the rear hand.
I don't think a simple 'search, pressure, and destroy' strategy will work against Usyk from Round 1 to round 12, he's going to need to confuse Usyk early as to what his game plan is.
Two things paramount to AJ's mindset is he needs to harbor bad, evil intentions and he needs to be humble and realize that Usyk is the superior boxer. That requires serious humility.
We saw in the first fight that AJ fancied himself as a boxer and he got schooled.
If he has a camp where he believes he can outbox Usyk, then he may as well retire on his stool after round 1.
Lastly, he has boxing politics in his corner. Promoters and others knowing that an A.J v Fury fight will do insane numbers mean that Usyk will not get fair treatment if the fight is close and goes to the cards.
What really pis%^s me off is why aren't there more competitive HW match ups in this division? All we have is Ruiz Jr v Ortiz. What the F are the rest of these guys doing?
Out of all the divisions save maybe MW this division is one where guys pad their records waiting for the call-up to a payday (exceptions are Parker, Chisora, Whyte, Fa).
What's wrong with Sanchez v Hrgovic? Bakole v Hunter? Yoka v Joyce? Dubois v Zhang?
Like the man said - 'Why don't they fight each other?'Comment

I'll be VERY surprised if Joshua wins this one.Comment

I don't see Joshua Winning this , he simply isn't skilled enough but he has power and if Usyk walks into one then that's Joshua's chance. For some things I hope he does as I want to see what I know will happen ,Tyson Fury play with him before knocking him out.Comment

Vlad and Lennox got a lot of hate for early defeats. Compared to Wilder and Fury, AJ has been on an accelerated career path since the Whyte fight. I agree with Hatman Boxing he has basically been forced to learn fight by fight vs. being an established product when he made his run for belts. Don't like Garcia or Oxnard but I think just enough is done to get AJ the win. What kills me is, that Garcia trains pressure guys but they aren't fundamentally sound like Spence and Beterbiev which makes me say their coaches would have been better for AJ.Comment
