people are really sold on Sanchez lol. I am a big fan of Cuban fighters but see many holes with Sanchez. His problem and what could get him Ko'ed is his lack of activity. Wilder is an ambush fighter... And all he knows how to do is set up his big shot... Ortiz pressured Wilder throughout, I don't see Sanchez doing so... Sanchez has talent but has one gear...So we could get a boring decision for sure... But if Wilder comes in there ready to throw leather and Sanchez does not keep him honest Sanchez is taking a nap.

I have a hard time seeing Sanchez beating Wilder. He isnt gonna try and put Wilder on his back foot and that would eventually lead to him eating a monster right hand

So based on that other posters logic you need to be as good as Wach that is what is being compared to how good Sanchez is against Wilder so would you say Wach is better then Sanchez if there’s no knockout ? And that stoppage was 10 years ago so I think it’s a little silly using knockouts in general when gaging fighters chances . There’s been several better fighters then Wach with wins on Hammer including Ortiz who didn’t stop Hammer either yet gave Wilder his second best fight .

Sanchez has much better footwork then Ortiz and rarely stays stills also switches southpaw to orthodox . These are potential death sentences for Wilder who likes stationary targets and Ortiz is basically that after mid rounds . Both like to fight off the back foot , Does Wilder have enough activity himself to dictate the fight where a big shot lands ? This is why just about every Wilder fight against top guys can be 50/50 like I see this one based off the Ajagba fight .

Id assume Wilder wins but this could be another nail biter like Ortiz 1 . If Wilder wins I see a late stoppage ,how many fights would I be confident in Wilder winning knowing a knockout is needed ? Not many because he’s just not going to do that to everyone with the current rankings he’ll eventually get outboxed by someone in a full fight or get stopped again but I’d roll the dice here where I see Sanchez can be effected by big punches and Wilder may not have to land clean on him .

With Wilder I don't think it matters. Even though Ortiz lost the last fight he had the right idea, he was pressuring Wilder. When Wilder is pressured he makes many mistakes... But when he is left alone there are some problems:

              1. With his reach and fast feet he can be on someone across the ring in an instant. He can basically relax and decide when he wants to attack.
              2. Wilder IMO can be outpointed. Sanchez could do it... but if he retains his foot speed he is dangerous. he tends to move into position before the opponent notices.

If he thinks Wilder is as slow and ponderous as Efe he has another thing coming.

Some fights you simply root for the guy who will have a more exciting career if they win. There is nothing exciting in Sanchez’s future. Nothing at all!!!

Efe is stiff as a board. Wilder is the opposite! Dirty Sanchez also says, "All he has is power" !!! Pero is the future of Cuban HW boxing not Sanchez. Bruzon looks good too. But if Sanchez can land the perfect hold behind the head and walk Wilder into a haymaker, like he likes to do, he could have a chance but its tougher since Wilder is 3 inches taller and slippery.
