he obviously loses to both but with bivol he can use the whole 'that wasnt my weight class thing' and act like hes still the p4p best fighting at 168. theres a good chance benavidez ends up stopping him too

David is much bigger and faster than prime GGG, and throws more consistently heavier punches especially to the body. GGG used to stop lots of people but did not give the level of sustained brutal beatings that David gives.

not only that, the height will make a huge difference for the much smaller clenelo. not only is it the hieght, david is extremely good at gauging distance and has one of the best jabs in the sport. canelo is outgunned here.

That's a ''big'' reason people stay put.

What are the chances of Biv or Beter moving up ?
Good point. Bumavidez is tall but narrow built. Bivol is clearly bigger and thicker man. Look at head and body size.

It's because Benavidez is a bruiser. He is not in the least bit a scientific or fundamentally sound fighter like Dmitry Bivol who likes to outclass and defeat his opponents on points. He tries to hurt you and knock you out. He sacrifices his defense for his offense which is something that Bivol would never do.

I am not saying that he will knock Canelo out but there is the very strong and remote possibility that he can because he is naturally larger and stronger than Alvarez and is also a very big puncher.I personally don't believe that a firefight with the much younger and stronger David Benavdez would be in his best interest at this point of his career.

Which is why he shall probably continue to avoid him for the rest of his career. That's of course, unless Benavidez is exposed by another fighter. Then Canelo would be chomping at the bit to fight him then.Right now Canelo knows that he cannot defeat David Benavidez which is why he has been avoiding him all these years.

That is why I say he is the riskier of the two fighters between himself and Dmitry Bivol.

Then, perhaps you should go and tell him to do it then because the fans are waiting.

Bumavidez should beat better fighters than GGG's leftovers first. Lemieux was wife of Saunders who got retired by Nelo.

Well don't be surprised when Canelo defeats Bivol in the rematch. Hell, he nearly defeated him the first time while being dominated and getting his ass handed over to him. He was only a swing round or two away from taking Bivol's Light heavyweight title. scores of 7-5 all across the board for Bivol was not only preposterous but also repugnant..I mean Canelo didn't do shit in the fight and was still nearly awarded the victory. That's why he is avoiding Benavidez because he won't allow the fight to go to the scorecards. He'll knock his ass out. Unless, Bivol does the same or show any signs of urgency; The judges are going to screw him on the scorecards again but this time he will lose.
