Who the hell has Benavidez beat!? He struggled with Gavril and the corpse of Anthony Dirrell ffs! He is a coke head and a fatass that misses weight. He is vastly overrated for his trash resume. He isn't that big for the weight either, he is very pudgy and never actually in great shape.

Bivol is a lot more skilled and proven than Benavidez. Bivol hasn't struggled with bums and corpses of c level former champs. Bivol whooped Canelo already too. Bivol is solid for his weight class and actually comes in shape. Bivol is more of a threat. Bivol will beat Canelo again if they rematch. Bivol would beat Benavidez too, if he passed the drug tests and made weight.

Benavidez would force Canelo to fight at a pace he isnt accustomed to but at least he wont have to look for him.

Bivol is the harder fight. I dont see Canelo ever beating him.

How would you see prime GGG doing vs Biv @ 168 ?

Hard to say as we've only seen half of this equation in real terms. Can benavidez dominate canelo like bivol did. I can't truthfully answer that it's beyond my knowledge or understanding.

A high level chessmatch a case for either man to win type of fight but bivol by 115-113 cards a potential trilogy for sure would have been brilliant to see also throw pirog against either for a real trip.

Shame GGG never tested them 168 waters, though

Had they fought, no one would have called Biv a cherry

Yeah man I'm not sure why ggg never went 168 before now he looked strong at 164 physically against rolls (not a great opponent) just referring purely to golovkins shape he was in. There has been a few mentions of him being a small middleweight by commentary teams during fights but I feel 8 pounds north was doable.

I say, a bigger ''bum'' > a same sized ''bum'' all day.

I mention this because GGG could have fought Fielding, Yildy, Kov, Plant....guys haters say were soft opponents.

I tell ya, some fan bases are terribly hypocritical.
GGG fighting Kamil, Rolls, Ishida, Murata get NO HATE
Nelo fighting bigger guys and they are all cherries.

Makes it hard to root for their guy.

I agree and see no reason why ggg couldn't have fought those fighters I would have enjoyed the kov fight especially. Canelo gets hate which comes naturally being a cashcow of the sport that being said a lot of people on here defend the hell out of some boxers whereas others are hypocritical to the max like you say. It's down to people to look at things objectively without bias which is easier said than done.

The bold: True. I know most people think I fall in that category, but I'm also a boxing fan, first and foremost.
