Most fans prefer Benavidez vs Charlo or Benavidez vs Plant. All these fighters are under the same PBC umbrella. All are available. You gotta be an extremely biased person being blind not to see what is happening here. Where else would David go?

Haha That’s right. And, yeah, I’d like to see David move up a little bit, rather than dive headfirst into a fight with Benavidez. Makes no sense to me.

Morrell IS looking like Rolly right now. In the sense that he is calling out the #1 ranked 168 fighter while not having fought anybody and having 6 fights.

I don’t care if Morrell is better than Rolly. I don’t care of Morrell is the next Roy Jones Jr and ends up being an All Time Great. He is looking like Rolly Romero right now.

Not at all, he just said he's ready for everybody including Benavidez. Rolly is a bum with overrated power. Morrell is a 1 in a billion talent. Morrell will beat the brakes off Benavidez. Make it happen.

I'm with you paisano, but my gut is telling me the fight is going to happen, sooner rather than later. Be safe.

I think comparing Morrell Jr to Rolly, is a stretch to say the least. Everything Rolly said, it was him, I'm pretty sure that 99% that what has been attributed to DMJ, is been said by his manager. You can see he's a confident young man, but very humble. In any case he's a completely different fighter than Romero.

He should leave PBC and become a free agent after the Morrell fight. Waste of time waiting for people who clearly are afraid of the Benavidez smoke. He should pursue Andrade for a nice pay day at DAZN.

I agree. PBC got nothing big for Benavidez. Charlo would just keep using his name without fighting him.

I don't know man. But that's how it's looking like. Plant, Charlo, Benavidez, they're all available and have no fight scheduled, yet we hear no ripples in the vast ocean of the boxing business.

I see Morrell vs Benavidez getting made, though, and I won't be surprised if it's announced any day now.
