In old times, Canelo would struggle to stay at 160, where he obviously has like zero great clear wins. he is too small for 175, 168 didn`t exist before 1984.
Canelo is typical the new era manufactured "elite" fighter. 168 was invented for fighters like him.
Interesting take... I often debate why we have new weight categories from the classical weights.
