Inoue at his prime right now. Who would beat at their prime? I think Inoue could time him and KO. Otherwise, UD for Rigondeaux.
Prime Rigondeaux vs Prime Inoue

Rigo isn't keep Inoue off him for 36mins. He's too good, too quick and timing is impeccable. Punch variety has improved also. Back in 2013 Donaire was in his prime but he became a smarter fighter as he aged, and still managed to catch Rigo with some good shots. I think Inoue wins a tight decision courtesy of a knock down or two or gets a late stoppage. I can't see Rigo hurting Inoue, who's chin is certified after taking those shots from Nonito at 118 and I think at 122 it would be even better. -

Inoue smashes him
Rigo was excellent in his prime but just because he beat Donaire doesn’t mean he beats Inoue
Donaire was there to be outboxed by Rigo because he’ll give you room to work so he can look to land that hook
Inoue wouldn’t give Rigo room to breathe and would catch up with him, no matter how much Rigo wanted to run. Rigo got hit plenty too, Donaire dropped him, that other Japanese fighter had him down twice too. Inoue would catch up with him and slaughter him.Comment

As I said, prime for prime he would bust Inoue up. Fought much bigger and stronger men with far greater reach. I get this idea with Rigo is, that people do a disservice to him like Roy Jones and focus on the after-the-fact fighter vs. the prime fighter.
Quigg, Frampton, and Al Santa Cruz (since Haymon literally purchased his contract from Oscar when Oscar was about to make the Rigo fight) moved up not to fight Rigo.
I don't see guys moving around not to fight Inoue.Comment

Agree with this, and would add Inoue has a more varied attack than any version of Donaire. As great as Nonito was, he would almost always be looking for that left hook. It was a great shot and he dropped a lot of fighters with it, but it also made him predictable at times. Rigo could neutralise that one punch for most of the fight, but it'd be harder to neutralise Inoue who can hurt opponents with both hands and from different ranges and angles.Inoue smashes him
