You can hear the gameplan now “go ahead Nonito brawl with him” what a clown apparently Nonito admitted later he was out of it after the first knockdown for a few seconds and what was the strategy from Rachel in round 2 lads? You guessed it brawl some more. Horrible trainer no one else at world class would even talk to her.

Your threads are getting worse by the day, Donaire looked sharp and tried his best but was in a front of a beast that had his number get off the whinging and whining for crying out loud you're not happy unless you are ragging on someone, so why not just enjoy the fights for a change.NC Uppercut likes this.

I feel great life is good.
Let’s get to the point here, are you suggesting Rachel Donaire is not a bad trainer?

He's training himself. She's not there to give him any boxing tactics, she's just there to keep him in shape (she was a military and college national champion in Taekwondo), give him encouragement, and throw the towel if necessary. He literally won a world title doing it this way. He's just a 39 year old who got caught clean, early, against the best bantamweight in the world. There's no mystery about why he lost and it's not his wife's fault.

He's been doing this his entire life. He's a four division world champion with an interim strap in a fifth division. He's had over 20 world title fights. There's nothing any trainer can tell him that he doesn't know. It's not like he's some green punk trying to go it alone. He's a first ballot hall of fame fighter and he proved he could win a world title with his wife in the corner. If he thought a trainer would've helped he would've had one.
