Beterbiev is a beast. The power, pressure and cutting the ring wears out fighters. It will take a puncher with skills to slow him down and make him think on his approach.

I can see him getting out slicked in the first few rounds and then the pressure will start to change things.

One thing is for sure that he is not a spring chicken and he has had a long amateur career.

Kovalev in his prime was a brilliant fighter and a beast as well. First Ward fight Kova won easily though wars had his moments. 2nd Ward fight Kovalev’s weakness was shown- persistent body shots. Some were low and a different ref may have disqualified Ward, but Kova folded like a deck chair to have pressure from Ward. He should have vasectomised Andre as well.

Beiterbiev is a real beast but could get outboxed by Bivol but not sure. You need to be on your toes 100% of the time vs Arthur. He is absolutely vicious.

The pressure, the angles, the conditioning, mentality . Beterbiev is what boxing needs.

I would just love to see him fighting Bivol. I pick Bivol to win, but it would be close.

True but there is nobody in or around 175 that has the skills to stick and move but stop him from cutting off the ring. Marcus Browne probably had the best chance but he got destroyed. Bivol will be easy work.
