he might be better off staying on the outside with a high guard and lots of movement..having haney come to him with a jab to the body. time the jab, punch with devin using flurries and then get out of range. haney's jab upstairs is pretty excellent but the rest of his offense isn't that impressive. the jab to the body is decent but according to that compubox article he only landed 13 jabs downstairs.

I could see that Haney would win. Definitely. And the one thing I saw that I know for sure was that if Haney wins, it won't be by knockout. That was the one thing I knew for sure going into that fight. It's not that I'm surprised Haney won. I'm a little shocked at the way he won, which is that he had to break the rules and cheat to win. I know I've been calling him Huggies forever now, but I didn't expect him to take Hugging to this level. That is what was what I didn't see coming.
