Let’s be honest lads what can Georgie do differently

Earl-Hickey!!! EXPOSED!!! I guess you really can't change your stripes Earl.

You don’t come for something you willingly gave up.
I could care less about that. I did pick George to win, and if I wanted George to win, the only reason would have been to avoid the rematch clause. I didn't want to see that fight twice. Romero predicted it: "It'll be the most boring ass fight you have have ever seen." And it arguably was the most boring fight I've ever seen.
If there were no rematch clause, I would have preferred Devin to win. Bring the belts back and keep them nice and warm for Loma. Loma is coming for them ....
Lmfao. If he wanted belts as bad as you suggest in this post, he wouldn’t have given one up without a fight.

He was elevated. There's no point in keeping a secondary belt. You know it doesn't work that way. If Devin wanted that fight so badly, he wouldn't have petitioned to fight Santiago. Facts.Comment

Come on dude. You’re playing yourself now.
Haney went to Australia. He accepted one of the worst offers all of us have seen. They f-cked with his team, including his father. He dominated in these conditions.
Loma lied about asking to be elevated. He gave up the belt to avoid fighting Haney.
Let’s stop pretending he’s coming for the belts like he’s avenging his brother’s death. He will take the fight because he can’t drop anything and it’s the biggest in-house payday he can make, unless he fight Shakur or Teo and that doesn’t look likely.
If Haney loses, Unless it’s a Sweet Pea/ Chavez robbery, I will admit Loma is better.
If Loma loses, assuming no clear sweet pea/ Chavez type robbery, please no excuses. Just admit being wrong.
Frankly, NSB has had enough of fans of Loma, Manny, Wilder, AJ and Canelo diehards making excuses.Last edited by The Big Dunn; 06-06-2022, 03:52 PM.Comment

Okay Dunn. When I get some more time, I'm going to make a thread on this topic and lay it out. We've been through this before. To be the mandatory for the WBC, you have to be the #1 ranked lightweight. If you become interim champion, you are no longer a mandatory. It's a discretionary title defense. And when Loma and Haney were elevated, respectively, the situation didn't change. It would still be a discretionary title defense. Loma fought Luke toward the end of summer and even before that fight, Arum said he was going to petition to make Loma franchise. This was before Haney even fought for the interim belt and he wasn't the #1 ranked WBC lightweight either. He had been in camp training to fight Abduallev for the interim belt before Loma even won the WBC champion belt. And before Haney fought Abduallev, he said that he was going to wait for the IBF champion fight to settle, with Lopez and Commey. That fight was in less than three months. He'd been fighting nonstop before then too, with Linares, Pedraza and Crolla. Between Linares and Pedraza he was recovering from surgery. And after Crolla he had to recover from a broken hand. So he was going to wait for the IBF fight to become undisputed. Why take a quick fight between then and risk another injury when he'd be fighting Lopez at the end of winter? Remember? It was going to happen in February, six months from when he fought Campbell. Why take a fight in-between and risk not being able to fight for undisputed? He definitely wasn't going to be able to fight Haney!!! Haney had to have surgery on his shoulder!!!! Don't you remember? Haney was injured my guy!! He had to pull out of the Fortuna fight and wasn't ready until summer of 2020. And then we had a global pandemic, and that threw everything off.

Dude ... seriously, you're so disingenuous. You argue in bad faith. You know what I'm saying is 1,000 percent true. Sometimes I think you're just trolling me.Comment

What Kambosos can do in the rematch is quit the posing and posturing in the ring.
He should be relentless in closing the distance every round, and of course it would
always lead to clinching state. And that's the point. Annoy the ref until he decides to
enforce rules, warn the clincher, deduct points.Comment

Kambosos beat up an emotional messed up Lopez. I think that will be as far as he ever gets. I swear, if Loma was in the ring with him, he would of stopped Kambosos. I really wish those belts returned to their true master. Now they're with an email chump.Comment

If he can be allowed to pick a ref, choose one that allows inside fighting.
Let them break themselves in the clinch. Let them wrestle, etc.
Remember that ref in the Robert Guerrero vs Andre Berto? Oh man
felt sorry for Berto in that fight. That's where Berto said he urinated blood after that fight.Comment

Why take a quick fight- because he’d pick up a huge payday and not have to give up a belt.

But here’s where you’re disingenuous- Haney is no easy fight as you and others post. I’ve made this point multiple times.
Instead he gave up a belt and lied about knowing about it, another point you don’t like to admit.
Look dude you’re making a lot of cover for a decision that was just bogus. Let Haney drop a belt to not fight Loma and you’d never give him the benefit of the doubt like this.
You’d call it a duck or a dodge. Do the same here and we’re fine. Not trolling you in any way.
Just stop making excuses for this. It was completely BS.Last edited by The Big Dunn; 06-07-2022, 01:33 AM.Comment
