People talk about his deranged delusions. It has nothing to do with how exciting he was or wasn't. People don't talk about ***** because he's "exciting". They talk about him for the same reasons... He's twisted in the head.

      Wlad: BORING
      Fury: EXCITING
      Lewis: A BIT BORING
      Frank Bruno: A BIT BORING
      Joe Bugner: BORING
      Henry Cooper: EXCITING

      Most Notable American HWS:
      ------------------------------------------
      Joe Louis: EXCITING
      Sonny Liston: EXCITING
      Muhammad Ali: EXCITING
      Larry Holmes: EXCITING
      George Foreman: EXCITING
      Mike Tyson: EXCITING
      Evander Holyfield: EXCITING
      Wilder: EXCITING

Wilder has a point. There's a certain fluid and flashy style that European boxing generally lacks. Naseem Hamed is probably the only exception.
Lewis and Bruno were a bit boring, but Fury and Wilder are exciting? What fights were you watching to come up with this? Fury and Wilder are mostly boring. Lewis and Bruno were mostly exciting.

Ali is one of the most boring fighters to exist apart from a few fights. Holmes wasn't that much better in that department either.

*boxing dies with boredom of unskilled American bum. Fury is true entertainer and excitement of this sport.

I can relate to this actually but back in the 70”s not much was going on and Ali was the hype itself . Would he be acceptable today based on same standards ? Absolutely not . The things Ali did posters complain about today . Even rules changes wouldn’t allow Ali to get away with things he did .

That being said I don’t know Lewis fought tough fights and was exciting based on opponents and Bruno was a guy easy to figure out odds are he lost late in a fight only Mike Tyson actually put him awAy in dominating fashion twice .

Wilder is exciting because a knockout is wAiting to happen because he struggles with points wins and Fury ? I don’t know I guess that’s up to interpretation ?

At the end of the day exciting fights should be actually fights involving top guys fighting each other so I’d agree with you on the boxing perspective alone .

Lewis was exciting against Mercer, Ruddock. Holyfield 2, Bruno, Golota, Botha, Grant, Klitschko, Rahman 2, Briggs etc etc... He had some boring ones against the likes of Tua and Holyfield 1, but who doesn't? The most exciting fighters in history had a handful we'd rather forget. But for the most part, there wasn't a Heavy i liked watching more than Lennox. No heavy in history can boast the amount of exciting fights at world level the way Lewis can. Give it a try and see if another Heavy can match?

Ali, like Fury, talks and gives the perception of excitement. But when they step into a ring, it's mostly tedious to watch. I'm all about the actual product of fighting in the ring. What they say doesn't make the actual fighting exciting.

I don't find it good to watch when fighters who have had 30 fights or more, fight cans. It takes all interest away for me. When you're at a certain level and coming up, it's fine. But not when you're supposed to be fighting the very best the division has to offer. When he stepped up, he was mostly doing nothing. Just waiting and getting beat up. No attempt to try and get a grip on the fight. I don't like that at all.

Yes! Wilder is our king! From the homeless to the millionaires! He will lead us to the path of glory by avoiding Fury and getting KTFO by Wallin or Ruiz or Chisora!

What about another rematch with Ortiz? Can we get him out of the retirement home and fudge his medical to clear him for the fight?!

Yes, your comment was very ******. To think people only talk about others based on some positive aspect as the only reason.

You're labelling me now. What was it you said about self-awareness? Try it some time. You never know, you may like it. Find out about the workings of irony too while you're at it. It's all the rage.
