David Benavidez the new Roberto Duran

Benavidez reminds me of a bigger Duran, the evil grin and brutality of a killer.

Lemieux tried give him credit for that but his shots looked like they were hitting a brick wall.

The Tyson moniker fits he's ruthless, dangerous and vicious. The issue might be after last night's performance the rest of the division might avoid him even more now.

By the time he was Benavidez's age Duran already had wins over Saoul Mamby, Esteban de Jesus, Guts Ishimatsu, Ken Buchanan, Hiroshi Kobayashi, and Ernesto Marcel.

Absolute lunacy to make this comparison when Benivadez's resume currently consists of the ghost of Dirrell and the ghost of Lemieux.

Yep,fighting Hart next will put him in the same sentence. Why doesn't he just have a rubber match with Garvil since he is 1-1 vs. him?

He beats everybody at 168, but this division is pure garbage.

He's a big problem for them.

Obviously no one was comparing resumes yet just temperament and brutal figting style.
