Yeah, I've been wondering something like that for years.

I sent a similar idea to Breadman & Dougie Fisher, but neither got back at me about it.

One of these networks, DAZN, Showtime or whoever should put it together. Problem is the TV companies don't even work together so no chance of the governing bodies or promoters doing it.

Why can't the 4 bodies do a unification series every 4 years or so? Take all 4 belts, have semi-final and final to find a number 1 dude. Then that dude can either defend or drop the belts depending on whatever he wants to do. Have it every 4 years like a World Cup or Olympics and make it something special, do it on PPV and make that money.

Boxing would be better off if some crazy billionaire just bought all the sanctioning bodies, combined them, and instituted a real, legitimate system, sort of like UFC, but less exploitative.
