Hearn doesn't have all the power. Canelo wanted that fight, because he thought it would be an easy way to become the first two-time Mexican LHW champion. Some cherry pick!

I exposed a long time ago that this was a cherry pick when Eddie said this at the post fight press conference

why the HELL are we blaming Eddie when Reynoso and Canelo themselves made the final decision, Eddie and DAZN just provided the Money for it because they wanted Canelo back on DAZN

Eddie and Canelo admit that they don't even watch boxing, they just rely on their promoter to pick the easiest opponents for them. When do you ever see canelo at a boxing match the way you do with Usyk, Spence, Bud? The only time Canelo ever goes to someone else's fight is if it's Reynoso fighter.

yep exactly... and them two fighters would have beat canelo even easier than bivol did IMO

They might not attend fights live but they know very well who they getting in with, they thought that Bivol was slow, flat footed and basic but also I do think Canelo was hoping to make more history and it just didn't go as plan

                Good post. Agree with everything.

Canelo beats Charlo about 12-0 in rounds at 168.

You're trying to suggest that Canelo and Reynoso had no idea about Bivol? Come on now. One boxer doesn't have to attend a live fight to study another boxer. There is video, you know.
