There’s a relativity to things. Whenever a guy at the very top loses then people will say he’s “exposed”, which is also a word that can come across a bunch of ways.
Canelo just seemed to hit his ceiling moving up against a bigger guy, a guy his own age, a real good guy.
Nobody he’s fought in years has prepared him to have to adapt his strategy or style or even really press like the win depended on it. It was just a bridge too far. Sometimes boxing is a game of inches. He missed completely more than ever had before. That taxes you having to pull back those wide misses.
