Some of these promoters have got a ****ing hex over their boxers.
We’re talking about people who make a living from (mostly) slick negotiating, communicating, persuading, cajoling, selling ****, and who are educated ppl vs. Boxers, who often are from rough circumstances, and are not often that well-educated.
Don’t know why more people aren’t surprised by what happens next: promoters building plans around THEIR commercial interests, and convincing their clients that these interests are shared with little resistance. And in a lot of cases, they are. A fighter perhaps doesn’t wanna see their value and ability to make cash drop. But I reckon a lot would sooner jump into a big fight than ‘marinate’ for years vs. someone they know they’ll have to face eventually.Comment

That's funny. running weak mind games talking about Bud can't even f..k with Ennis, as if u can. U said how Bud gonna f*** with u if he can't even beat Ennis. So u use Ennis' name as a shield between u and Bud fighting, while at the same time, raising yourself above Ennis. U can't f...k with Ennis. Ennis will whip you anytime, even as a welterweightComment

PBC fighters still using that "other side of the street" excuse to duck Crawford. Crawford literally fought a PBC fighter, who is much better than anyone on Charlo's resume, in his last fight but somehow that isn't the big leagues cause it wasn't on a PBC network. What a ****** clown.Comment

I don't follow it all that closely in the last several years, but I've seen enough of Jermell in action to form my opinion of him. There is no reason for him to throw shade at Crawford if he moves up to 154. Crawford walks around at about 180 lbs., pretty sure he'd be competitive at 154, and that scares the shyt out of Jernell, who will hide behind the PBC protection program to avoid him.
Did you all learn nothing from Canelo?Comment

Crawford has been going through 147 in dominant fashion and has been avoided by the several top welters. Why is everyone so triggered by him wanting to move to 154 to challenge Jermell, whose resume is far less impressive? He is also very capable of competing just 7 pounds heavier, he already looks emaciated at weigh ins.Comment
