Comments Thread For: Jermell Charlo: I'm Off Of That Crawford **** - He Ain't In My F------' Weight!

SANTA MONICA, California - Jermell Charlo calmly answered the first few questions he was asked Wednesday about Terence Crawford. Charlo understandably became annoyed, though, once Crawford became the theme of a group interview session while Charlo shadowboxed during an open workout at Churchill Boxing Club. The IBF/WBA/WBC 154-pound champion couldn't comprehend why he was continually asked about Crawford - a welterweight who seems headed toward a showdown with Charlo's teammate, Errol Spence Jr. - and not Brian Castano, Charlo's opponent Saturday night at Dignity Health Sports Park in Carson, California.

The fact that this is how professional boxers reacted, when Terence Crawford's name is mentioned, is just more proof that he's the p4 p king.

Jesus. The more either Charlo is allowed to ramble, the bigger the ******* they sound. Jermell is getting a bit too wound up about the possibility of TC stepping up and schooling him. He really sounds as shook as big brother is about Benavidez.

There are weight classes for a reason. Ask Canelo.

Charlo went full defense mode after hearing Crawford's name. He knows what's coming

The ducking continues. This clown hasn't fought anyone in 30+ fights and wants to milk those titles.

He makes it sound like he has to go up in weight to fight Crawford. He’s such a pu$$

I didnt know this fight was in Carson. Sht, more people are going to cheer for Castano even though he is not Mexican. Carson is Latino town and there are going to be mad hyennas and fights probably.

Dignity stadium in Carson has always been my favorite venue cuz there isnt a bad seat in the house. The best seat are the ones that are right above ringside. Ringsides are pretty gay imo cuz the main thing is the view and i hate looking through the ropes.

Something about dignity venue man. Magic happens and ive rarely seen boring fights over there except for Paul Williams-Margarito. I remember going to that fight and Chris Arreola was on the undercard as a prospect. After his fight, he came back to the seats and dude was surrounded by gang of Latina hoes.

IDK if that's fair. He's fought the best competition at 154lbs.
