Here is the thing about this fight, and this is my opinion of course, but I strongly believe this is how it is:

Rounds 1-4: Scored for Canelo if you are a Canelo fan or want Canelo to win, or are scoring close rounds to the guy coming up in weight. OR Scored for Bivol if you don’t want Canelo to win, can’t stand him, are a critic of his, want Bivol to win. Otherwise, these rounds were inconclusive, but as a Canelo fan, I understand 100% why a critic would award these rounds to Bivol. There is no explanation needed, no reasoning behind why you (generally speaking) would give these rounds to Bivol. I know why, and it’s okay. Do not try to explain jabs or anything. Those rounds were ******ly close and you can tell who is who depending on which fan gives those rounds to who. Fans and media who had it 9-3 or 10-2 for Bivol, pretty much gave every single close round they can give, to Bivol. And I get it. Bias is a thing in scoring in a sport as subjective as boxing.

Rounds 5, 6, 7, 8, 10, 11, 12. Scored for Bivol, even the close one’s, Bivol managed to land one more good punch or two on Canelo to win him the round.

    Round 9: Scored for Canelo.

    In a nutshell.
    Completely disagree.

    in rounds 1-4

Bivol landed flush combinations down the pipe and made Canelos head speed bag. In those 1-4 rounds he did that. Canelo couldn’t land any combinations, nothing flush and onlly hit arms and shoulders. This is all you need to know right here.

Non speed bagged head >>>>speed bagged head

The guy who’s head gets speed bagged loses that round in this fight. Rule of thumb in this fight. Rewatch the fight and say whoever takes more flush punches to the face which snaps the head back and gets there face speed bagged the most loses each round and see what score you come up with.

But Canelo's body shots are so fast and so hard that if he lands 1 he wins the round. Don' you know, he's going to KO Usyk with body shots.

I know, I wrote it mostly tongue-in-cheek in regards to the many Canelo fans on here who consistently denounced GGG's use of the jab in their fights as not being worthy of winning a fight.

Especially with the simalirites between this fight and GGG I: Canelo spending an inordinate time on the ropes, getting out punched (lots of jabs) by his opponent, all while being given a lot of questionable rounds by the judges.

i gave canelo 1 round as i was feeling very generous although he was outlanded in that round too. someone should have told him in the corner that in boxing you are meant to try and aim for the face not the elbows

This was an almost complete wipe out.
It shouldn't be a crime if a fighter finds out where their limit is.

But we know how it is in NSB.

Beat guys like Kamil and Horn, it's all good . P4P titlists
Losing to a bigger guy is punishable by being ranked out of the top 5 p4p and mocked

I hear you, but it’s not about losing…it’s about having your fights rigged so that people have to shut you out just to get a 7-5 win. I believe it was a complete shutout. I don’t believe Canelo was more effective than Bivol in a single round. That being said, had they scored the fight 11-1 or 10-2, I would of applauded everyone involved, including the judged, Canelo and Bivol, but this just brought back memories of the GGG robbery. Boxing needs to get back to properly scoring fights.

And I guess Team Nelo is responsible ?
And the point remains, instead of people posting up fighters doing more, they resort to finger pointing.

Cmon, as sad as Nelo's resume is, let's talk about fighters who have better resumes....let's see who ios actually fighting live bodies.

                    People called Biv a cherry
Let's investigate other cherry pickers.....or do you also have no time for that ?

You live in an alternative reality.

I am the only person on here that supports Terence Crawford. GGG has maybe 2 fans.

At the end of the day NSB is really just a canelo fan club board.
